Re-Imagine Watt/ 1-80 Transit Center Master Plan – WALKSacramento

Re-Imagine Watt/ 1-80 Transit Center Master Plan

Project Background

The Sacramento Regional Transit District partnered with WALKSacramento on a Caltrans Sustainable Communities Planning Grant to undergo a master planning process to improve safety and bike, pedestrian, and ADA access to the Watt/I-80 Transit Center. Using a community-based planning approach, WALKSacramento engaged riders, community members, businesses, and other stakeholders in a dialogue about the kinds of improvements would best address their safety, accessibility, and transit access goals.
