Project Background

The Stockton Boulevard Plan aims to improve quality of life and economic opportunity for existing residents and businesses along Stockton Boulevard, while increasing community ownership and building local capacity. 
 
As part of the community engagement team, WALKSacramento is supporting a Resident Planning Team in identifying key areas of focus, sharing stories and community assets, and brainstorming strategies for investment without displacement.
